1-Bedroom Suite

Our 1-Bedroom suite is a 80m² exclusiv suite with an air-condition bedroom, a big bright living room, a bathroom, an open kitchen and a large terrace. The entire interior is decorated in colonial style. You enter the suite which is located in the upper floor from a wooden gallery. From the corridor you can reach the bedroom with a King-Size-Bed, a moskito net and a wardrobe. Of course our bedroom is air-conditoned. Directly from the bedroom you can reach the terrace too. The big bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a washing basin, a hair dryer, a washing machine and a dryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. The open kitchen is full equippted for a self-catering holiday. There are a fridge, a freezer, a gas stove with an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a water kettle, a toaster and dishes. The living room with its terrace is the beating heart of the suite. The wooden floor with the leather couch group, the TV, radio and DVD station and unforgetable the great view gives you a awesome holiday feeling. With the included W-LAN internet access you are connected with the WorldWideWeb in your suite and on the beach.

During your stay we offer you a room cleaning and you can tell us how often and at what time you wanna use it. Please tell us your wishes.

Our villas are situated on a street on the Indian Ocean. Of course right in front of the house there are parking lots for your rental cars. For our selection of rental cars, please visit our Car rental page. You reach our holiday suite "Mahé" via a small staircase. A gallery will take you to the front door and offers you the opportunity to get directly to the terrace.

After you enter the suite, the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom are right in front of you. It offers you a very warm atmosphere with a wooden floor from exotic trees, is furnished in colonial style and has lots of large windows. At about 80m ² you have a air-conditioned bedroom, a bathroom, a large living room with an open kitchen and a fabulous terrace with a great view of the beach and the sea.

The bedroom

The air-conditioned bedroom offers a King-Size bed, two nightstand with a lamp, a mosquito net, a wardrobe and a dressing table. Through a patio door, you also have the ability to get directly via the Gallery to the terrace. Of course linen are incluted and will be changed as you wish during your stay.

The bright large living room with a big terrace is the heart of our exclusive holiday suite. Furnished with a combination of leather couches, a coffee table, a sideboard with a flatscreen TV and a DVD player, you can there after a wonderful day at the beach finish the day. An Internet flatrate is also included in the price. A W-LAN Router allows you to use the Internet on the beach too. Directly from the living room you reach the large covered terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. Here you have a large dining table and sun loungers.

The Kitchen

The bright open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday. It is directly connected to the living area. You have next to the dining table on the terrace and a dining table inside. From the kitchen, you also get a separate terrace door to the possibility of direct access to the terrace. The quality furnishings consists of a fridge / freezer, microwave, gas stove with a hood, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, and any other utensils. We will gladly arrange a cook.

Included in the price are an internet flat rate and the final cleaning.

For 3rd and 4th person there are a additional bed (80x200). The additional price per person is

We can offer you our transfer service from the airport or ferry port for 1 to 4 persons for the price of 45,-€.
